Jeppe Reipurth specialises in commercial law, including commercial dispute resolution, construction law and general real estate.
In this respect, Jeppe Reipurth has assisted a large number of Danish and foreign companies with negotiating and drafting contracts. He has extensive litigation and arbitration experience including major international arbitration cases.
From 2006-2007 Jeppe Reipurth was a part of FLSmidth’s corporate legal department and he negotiated and drafted contracts with the company’s international customers, business partners and suppliers. During this period, he worked in England and Taiwan. The secondment has provided Jeppe Reipurth with in-depth knowledge of the design and engineering industry, including large and complex civil engineering projects and processing plants.
Jeppe Reipurth’s approach to his cases is solution-oriented and pragmatic and he combines this approach with a commercial business sense and extensive litigation experience.
Jeppe Reipurth is a qualified mediator.
Jeppe Reipurth speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
