Skau Reipurth assists with the sale of Nordic Powergroup Holding A/S to Norva24 Group AB

23.05.24

Nordic Powergroup (NPG) consists of approximately 80 employees and is a leading company in Denmark within underground infrastructure maintenance (UIM). NPG’s customers include public utilities, district heating plants, biomass plants, food production plants, maritime companies and oil service companies.

Norva24 is Northern Europe’s largest underground infrastructure maintenance (UIM) company. Headquartered in Denmark and with offices in Sweden, Norway and Germany, Norva24 provides a wide range of services to manufacturing companies, hotels, restaurants, petrol stations, contractors, public authorities and private citizens, among others.

In Norva24’s official press release from the time of Signing, it is stated that in May 2024, the company strengthened its market position in Denmark by adding advanced UIM services to its product portfolio through the acquisition of NPG.

Skau Reipurth provided legal assistance to the owners of NPG throughout the entire process, including structuring of the sales process, drafting and negotiating of transaction documents and executing the transfer.

We are pleased to have assisted with the transaction, and we congratulate both parties on the deal and the future co-operation.
