Anova Data A/S is a leading Danish IT company that provides software solutions to public and private unit and industrial kitchens. The company offers robust and secure cloud solutions with emphasis on usability, customisation and flexibility.

Matilda FoodTech AB offers a platform that connects all functions in the process, such as purchasing, meal planning, serving and follow-up. The services are delivered to hospitals, central kitchens, nursing homes, and catering companies in Denmark and Norway.

With the acquisition of Anova Data, Matilda FoodTech has strengthened their product portfolio in Denmark as a result of the increased demand for future-proof and sustainable solutions in the foodservice industry.
