Laura Tengler

Laura Tengler advises Danish and international companies, public authorities and organisations on all aspects of labour and employment law, both the relationship between the company and the individual employee and issues relating to collective agreements.

She is specialised in collective agreements, but also has extensive experience in drafting agreements concerning employees’ employment conditions, including incentive schemes, employment contracts, severance agreements etc.

Laura also advises on employment issues in connection with discrimination and equal treatment, incentive schemes and company acquisitions.

Laura speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
