Skau Reipurth assists with the sale of M&E Engineering A/S to XPartners

The leading Danish engineering firm, M&E Engineering A/S, specializing in complex infrastructure projects and delivery of high-tech solutions in energy and utility technology, project management and design has been acquired by the Swedish company XPartners.
XPartners is owned by Axcel and is a Swedish consultancy firm specializing in advisory and solutions in IT and digital transformation.
Skau Reipurth has provided legal assistance to the owners of M&E Engineering A/S throughout the process, including in relation to due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and the completion of the acquisition.
