Frederik er specialiseret i at føre erhvervsretlige rets- og voldgiftssager, og han er leder af Skau Reipurths afdeling for Specialised Dispute Resolution.

Frederik rådgiver såvel danske som internationale klienter i tvister af forskellig art, herunder navnlig tvister vedrørende kommercielle kontrakter, immaterialret, konkurrenceret, M&A-tvister, ledelsesansvar,  markedsføringsret og tvister om virksomhedsrelaterede strafferetlige forhold.

Han har bred erfaring med mediationsforhandlinger på forskellige tidspunkter af sagsforløbet.

Han bistår også klienter med at forhandle og udarbejde kommercielle kontrakter, herunder licensaftaler.

Frederik har betydelig erfaring med at forestå advokatundersøgelser inden for forskellige sektorer, og han fungerer som bisidder i undersøgelseskommissioner.

Frederik har møderet for Højesteret og fungerer desuden som voldgiftsdommer.

Frederik er uddannet på Københavns Universitet (cand.jur. 2008). Han har en LL.M. i European Law (distinction) fra University of Kent at Canterbury (2008).

Frederik taler engelsk, fransk, tysk og svensk.
