Attorney Morten Vibe is promoted to partner

As at 1 January 2023, Morten Vibe, attorney, has taken up his duties as a partner in Skau Reipurth’s Corporate Commercial department where he, with partners Peter Skau-Andersen and Claus Ryberg Hoffmann, will help strengthen and further develop the department.

Having joined Skau Reipurth as a senior associate on 1 January 2022, Morten specialises in company and commercial law matters as well as M&A; In addition, he is part of Skau Reipurth’s cross-disciplinary energy law group.

Morten primarily advises Danish and international clients in connection with share capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, mergers, demergers, shareholders’ agreements, incentive programmes, M&A transactions and energy law. He also has extensive experience in advising on export controls and trade sanctions at national and EU level.
