Capacit A/S has sold Real-Time LCA (Gaiup) to NTI Group

Skau Reipurth has assisted Capacit A/S, a leading provider of tailored digital solutions within AI, software development, and cloud solutions, with the sale of its co-ownership of Gaiup ApS to NTI Group.

Gaiup ApS, established in 2022 as a joint venture between ABC Rådgivende Ingeniører A/S and Capacit A/S, has developed Real-Time LCA – a groundbreaking Life Cycle Assessment SaaS solution. This platform helps the construction industry accurately, efficiently, and collaboratively reduce and document its climate footprint in the design and building processes.

NTI is one of Europe’s largest Autodesk partners and operates in 12 European countries as well as Brazil.
