Kristian Boisen Andersen, Attorney, wins Estate Media’s talent award 2024

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Kristian Boisen Andersen, Attorney, is among the winners of Estate Media’s talent award ‘Young in Property’ 2024. The award is handed out once a year by Estate Media, which is one of Denmark’s strongest business media firms. ‘Young in Property’ is a selection of the real estate industry’s 35 greatest talents under the age of 35.

Estate Media explains:

The 35 young winners have been chosen based on their qualifications and ambitions. In addition, the jury has made a point of having the list reflect the breadth of the industry among the many and truly qualified talents who have been nominated this year. The 35 names on the list are all bright, young talents categorised by segments and skills, names known and unknown as well as gender, ethnic and geographical diversity to offer a comprehensive insight into the talented individuals who are emerging in the real estate industry and will shape its future.

This year, the jury consisted of Torben Rønsov (Amalie Search & Selection), Morten Jensen (Newsec Advisory), Anne Sophie Vett Raaschou (Nrep), Jeppe Reipurth (Skau Reipurth), Bjørn Allentoft (Deas) and Christina Holberg Fenger (Balder Denmark). Together, they have picked the 35 winners among 86 strong applications.

The Estate Magazine, which is published today, features Kristian’s talent profile:

Kristian Boisen Andersen has worked for Skau Reipurth since 2020. He quickly demonstrated an ability to combine his substantial theoretical legal knowledge with a profound commercial understanding. At the same time, he already began developing his own client portfolio in his first few years as an assistant attorney. He shows great mental strength, which means that he thrives very well with the professional challenges he faces.

Jeppe Reipurth, Attorney and Partner, who wrote and submitted the application together with Christian B. Prophet-Rannow, Attorney and Partner, states:

Having Kristian among this year’s talent award recipients is so well deserved. Kristian has been with Skau Reipurth for four and a half years, and in all that time he’s shown great professional maturity. In terms of seniority, you may, somewhat simplified, say that he’s always ‘punched above his weight’. Kristian’s theoretical skills, commercial understanding and human decency mean that he’s basically a talent whose format goes beyond the classic definition of a ‘legal talent’.

Estate Media will celebrate the award winners on 28 November 2024 when, in collaboration with Skau Reipurth, Amalie Search & Selection, Newsec Advisory, Nrep, Deas and Balder Danmark, they will host a festive event at which the winners will be duly celebrated.
