Skau Reipurth has assisted the owners of MT Gulve A/S with the sale to Håndverksgruppen.

MT Gulve A/S is an established provider of flooring and curtain solutions for both commercial and private clients. With extensive experience in installation, renovation, and maintenance, the company has built a strong position in the Danish market.

Håndverksgruppen, owned by employees of the group and the private equity investment firm FSN Capital, is a Scandinavian group specializing in painting, flooring, masonry, tiling, and other surface treatments. Håndverksgruppen focuses on strengthening its market position through strategic acquisitions of companies that complement and expand the group’s expertise.

The acquisition of MT Gulve A/S further strengthens Håndverksgruppen’s presence in Denmark and expands its expertise within flooring solutions and related services.
