Skau Reipurth assists K-Fastigheter with divestment of property portfolio for approx. 700 million DKK

Skau Reipurth has assisted the Swedish listed real estate company K-Fastigheter with the divestment of a Danish residential property portfolio comprising 311 condominiums to a fund set up by VIGA Real Estate.

The transaction was completed through the sale of K-Fast Holding Danmark A/S with an underlying property value of approximately DKK 700,000,000 and also included a 20 % reinvestment in the acquiring company for subsequent divestment.

Skau Reipurth provided legal assistance to K-Fastigheter throughout the process, including in connection with structuring, preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, completion of the transfer and reinvestment. K-Fastigheter has also been advised by Colliers.
