Skau Reipurth assisted Konica Minolta in the due diligence process, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and completing the acquisition.

Konica Minolta is a worldwide IT company with global sales of more than DKK 50 billion, employing more than 43,000 employees. The Danish branch has 220 employees in its offices in Ballerup, Aarhus and Aalborg and the company has annual sales of DKK 450 million.

Next Agenda ApS and Nextagenda CRM ApS deliver and develop IT solutions creating commercial value from data. As a result, the acquisition strengthens Konica Minolta’s data-driven services to customers in northern Europe as the company is now able to offer an additional data-driven dimension to the IT solutions.
