Skau Reipurth assists Pride Capital Partners with the investment in EasyTranslate A/S

Pride Capital Partners, a Dutch private equity firm who inter alia provides flexible capital solutions to enable growth, acquisitions and management buy-outs, has just closed an investment in the Danish company EasyTranslate A/S.

EasyTranslate offers a combination of translation management software and translation services to an impressive global client base and supports customers in more than 20 countries across 3 continents.

The investment in EasyTranslate marks Pride Capital Partners’ first Nordic investment, and in July 2023 the first Nordic office will open in Copenhagen.

Skau Reipurth has provided legal assistance to Pride Capital Partners throughout the process, including due diligence, transaction documents and execution of the investment.
