Kvadrat Soft Cells A/S acquired the shares in the UK company Fabric Systems Ltd effective of 3 January 2017. At the same time, the owners of Fabric Systems Ltd acquired a number of shares in Kvadrat Soft Cells A/S.

Kvadrat Soft Cells A/S is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of textiles used for acoustic solutions in building projects. Its customers include hotels (Hilton, Le Méridien, Sheraton etc), offices (BESTSELLER, Microsoft, Unilever etc.), opera houses, concert halls, airports, hospitals etc. The UK company, Fabric Systems Ltd, was acquired as a part of the company’s international expansion strategy.

Skau Reipurth assisted Thorpe Interior Group Ltd and others with the due diligence, negotiations, structuring, drafting and other issues in the process up to and including the completion of the acquisition of a number of shares in Kvadrat Soft Cells A/S and the sale of Fabric Systems Ltd.
