Skau Reipurth expands and strengthens the team

On 1 April 2020 Attorney Frederik Kromann Jespersen joined the firm as partner and he is to head the firm’s newly established Dispute Resolution team.

The Specialized Dispute Resolution team consists of highly specialized litigators and focuses particularly on the handling of the firm’s litigation and arbitration cases; particularly commercial disputes.

Attorney Jeppe Reipurth says:

Frederik Kromann Jespersen has the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and he specializes in conducting litigation and arbitration cases, including disputes concerning IP, management liability and securities investments and disputes concerning white-collar crime.

For the past 14 years, Frederik has also, with Gorrissen Federspiel and Horten respectively, been involved in some of the most complex cases in his field.
