Charlotte F. Malmqvist advises on real estate in general and on the legal relationship between the parties of the building industry in particular. She also advises on the legal issues that arise from operating a construction business.
Charlotte F. Malmqvist specializes in drafting and negotiating contracts, including international construction contracts, contracts having a public employer and special forms of co-operation. She is very experienced in handling construction disputes and she regularly argues cases before arbitration tribunals and the ordinary courts.
Charlotte F. Malmqvist was also seconded to the law firm Holland & Knight LLP in New York where she dealt with disputes and construction law and where she acquired knowledge about international construction matters.
