Christian B. Prophet-Rannow advises on commercial law in general and on construction law, public procurement law, consultancy law, contract law and resolution of commercial disputes before the general courts and arbitration tribunals in particular.
For more than 15 years, Christian B. Prophet-Rannow has provided advisory and dispute resolution services regarding construction law and public procurement law and he assists in negotiations and drafts contracts. He also advises many different parties in relation to tender of contracts and he has conducted several complaint cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
Christian B. Prophet-Rannow has extensive teaching experience and is attached to the University of Copenhagen as a part-time lecturer of “Construction Law”. In the period 2011-2016 he taught the courses “Law of Contracts and Private International Law” and “Law of Property” at the University of Copenhagen, and he has substantial teaching experience from courses dedicated to companies in the construction industry.
Christian B. Prophet-Rannow also advises companies on the obligations arising from the occupational health and safety legislation. In particular, this involves advising companies in the building and construction sector as well as industrial companies. In this connection, Christian often represents companies as a defense counsel in legal proceedings.
Christian B. Prophet-Rannow speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
