Gabriela Tocci-Bovin

Gabriela Tocci-Bovin is an assistant attorney at Skau Reipurth’s Real Estate department.

In 2024, she wrote her master’s thesis on the Danish Planning Appeals Board’s recent interpretation of noise regulation in section 15a(1) of the Planning Act, cf. section 15(2)(29), in relation to noise isolation of new buildings in existing urban areas and the legal consequences of this interpretation. The thesis was published in ‘Miljøretlig Forskningsportal’ (a website from the University of Copenhagen) under the designation ‘MRF 2024C.4’, in July 2024.
