Hannah Lohmann-Devantier

Hannah Lohmann-Devantier is an Assistant Attorney in Skau Reipurth’s department of Construction and Procurement Law. She assists with some of the firm’s largest litigation and arbitration cases and handles independent casework in smaller disputes within her area of expertise.

During her studies, Hannah specialised in legal aspects of the construction industry, including writing her thesis on the employer’s remedies for the contractor’s failure to comply with sustainability requirements and requirements regarding the emission of CO2 equivalents in construction. In this context, she proposed solutions for how legal practitioners and stakeholders in the construction industry can address these challenges and ensure that CO2 emission requirements are pursued in a balanced manner.
