Hanna Mohr Henriksen

Hanna Mohr Henriksen is an Assistant Attorney in Skau Reipurth’s Corporate Commercial/M&A department. Hanna specialises primarily in company law and commercial law for both national and international clients.

Hanna has experience with, among other things, the establishment of companies, corporate restructurings, drafting of transaction documents, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and dispute resolutions.

As a former advisor for the Danish Business Authority Hanna has a broad experience within areas of company law.
