Josephine Winge is part of the Corporate Commercial/M&A department. Josephine Winge specialises in company law and commercial law for both national and international clients.

Josephine Winge has advised many well-established companies as well as start-up companies, where she, among other things, has advised on capital increases, venture funding, implementation of incentive programmes, preparation of investment agreements and shareholders´ agreements, corporate restructurings, mergers as well as the handling and resolution of conflicts.

Additionally, Josephine Winge is experinced within the field of M&A transactions, including the preparation of NDAs, Term Sheets, planning and performing legal due diligence on behalf of a seller or a buyer, as well as drafting transaction documents.

Josephine Winge speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
