Louise Letman (maternity leave)

Louise Letman advises Danish and international enterprises, public authorities and organisations on all aspects of employment and labour law, both the relationship between the company and the individual employee and issues relating to collective agreements. She is specialised in drafting agreements concerning employees’ employment conditions – including incentive schemes, employment contracts and severance agreements etc.

Louise also advises on employment issues in connection with discrimination and equal treatment, incentive schemes, work and residence permits and company acquisitions.

In addition, Louise has in-depth knowledge of HR-related data protection. She also advises on employment law and personal data law in connection with legal investigations.

Louise speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
