Mette Vestergaard Huss is specialized in advising on commercial contracts, data protection and IT/IP law as well as representing clients and complex negotiations. Among Mette Vestergaard Huss’ clients are a large number of Danish and foreign businesses, including in particular commercially oriented clients in the production and service sector, who request advice on commercial matters, regulatory matters and contract negotiations. Additionally, Mette Vestergaard Huss also advises businesses as well as large and small organisations and associations on data protection law and compliance. Furthermore, she provides advice in her specialist areas in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
Mette Vestergaard Huss’ advisory approach is commercial and solution oriented. She combines this approach with a high degree of structure and as a result she implements large projects in the clients’ organisations based on the approach that good project management ensures the best solution for the client in all projects irrespective of whether it is contract management or compliance with data protection law that is to be ensured.
Mette Vestergaard Huss lectures on intellectual property law and marketing law at Copenhagen Business School. Further, Mette Huss has been appointed to a seat on the National Danish Tax Tribunal.
