Michala Bylov Rath primarily advises on construction law and provides technical consulting. Her experience covers advice in all phases of construction, from formation of contract to the legal challenges that may arise during both the design and construction phases. Michala Bylov Rath has extensive experience with technically complicated construction projects and acting as a sounding board for the duration of the projects, and, through her former jobs, she has gained special insight into the legal aspects applicable to technical consultants.
Michala Bylov Rath specialises in dispute resolution, including extensive arbitration proceedings, especially before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board, as well as mediation processes, and she has considerable experience in assisting in disputes between parties to a construction project, in connection with which she has handled disputes relating to a number of large-scale, complex building and construction projects.
Michala Bylov Rath was previously an acting judge at the Eastern High Court. In addition, she regularly conducts cases before the civil courts within her practice areas.
Michala Bylov Rath is a qualified arbitrator.
Michala Bylov Rath speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
