Michelle Tølbøll Petersen specialises in construction law, procurement law and contract law.

Michelle Tølbøll Petersen has more than five years’ experience in providing legal advice on large and complex construction and infrastructure projects. She advices on construction law issues, such as choice of contract type, drafting and negotiating of contracts, claim management and public procurement law. Among others, she has been involved in the construction of the new Storstrøm bridge, motorway expansion on Vestfyn and construction of new university faculties.

While Michelle Tølbøll Petersen has worked as an integral part of the project team on construction projects, she has gained a keen understanding of the construction phase and the issues arising on large construction projects. Her focus is on delivering results and deliver dedicated and valuable legal advice.

In addition, she has experience in implementing sustainability clauses in construction contracts, among others clauses related to CO2 reductions.
