Nicolai Uhrskov Nielsen

Nicolai Uhrskov Nielsen specialises primarily in company law and M&A.

Nicolai is experienced in company law and commercial law and assists Danish and international clients in this respect including advice on commercial contracts, corporate restructurings, shareholder agreements and dispute resolutions.

In addition to company law and commercial law, Nicolai has experience in M&A transactions and advises on the legal aspects related hereto.

He is also part of Skau Reipurths internal ESG working group, which have focus on sustainability both internally and in relation to clients.

Nicolai speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
